Common use of UNIFORM AND CLOTHING ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

UNIFORM AND CLOTHING ALLOWANCE. Employees shall receive, as part of their regular rate of pay, eight-hundred and twenty dollars ($820.00) per year as an annual uniform allowance. In exchange for this additional compensation, employees shall be responsible for the maintenance, care and replacement of the following standard uniform items: shirts, pants, shoes, jumpsuits, BDUs and regular raingear.
