Uniform and PPE. Employees must comply with any applicable workplace health and safety policies and procedures of the Company (as amended from time to time), including (but not limited to) the wearing of PPE as required. Uniforms will be issued free of cost on an annual basis as follows; ● Five shirts; ● Four pairs of trousers; ● One wide brim canvas hat; ● One pair of safety/sun glasses; ● Safety boots when required; and ● One bomber jacket or one jumper. Uniforms and safety clothing and equipment remain the property of the Company at all times.

Uniform and PPE. Employees shall follow safety policies and procedures at all times. Employees shall wear and use correct uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Uniforms will be issued free of cost upon the completion of their probationary period and replaced as required when damaged or worn out in the normal course of employment, provided that the damaged/worn out item is returned to the Company (limit of two (2) complete sets per 12 month period). Employees classified as "Operators" will have their uniforms laundered by the on-site service, all other Employees will be responsible for the laundering and cleanliness of their uniform. Uniform entitlements include: ● Shirts; ● Pants; ● Safety Boots; ● Raincoat; and ● Full PPE.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Montana Workers' Compensation Act while performing work for the Department of Montana in accordance with 00-00-000, 00-00-000, and 00-00-000, MCA. Proof of compliance must be in the form of workers' compensation insurance, an independent contractor's exemption, or documentation of corporate officer status. Neither Contractor nor its employees are Department employees. This insurance/exemption must be valid for the entire contract term and any renewal. Upon expiration, a renewal document must be sent to the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000.

  • Maternity and Parental Leave Employees are eligible for unpaid leave of absence from employment subject to the conditions in this article. Every employee who intends to take a leave of absence under this article will give at least four weeks' notice in writing to the Employer unless there is a valid reason why such notice cannot be given and will inform the Employer in writing of the length of leave intended to be taken. Each employee who wishes to change the effective date of approved leave will give four weeks' notice of such change unless there is a valid reason why such notice cannot be given.

  • Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 The parties agree that the Employer may adopt policies to implement the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 that are in accord with what is legally permissible under the Act.

  • Older Workers Benefit Protection Act Executive agrees and expressly acknowledges that this Release includes a waiver and release of all claims which he has or may have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. (“ADEA”). The following terms and conditions apply to and are part of the waiver and release of the ADEA claims under this Release: (i) This paragraph, and this Release are written in a manner calculated to be understood by him. In the event he does so, both this Release and the offer of benefits to him pursuant to the Employment Agreement or the Change of Control Agreement, as applicable, will be null and void in their entirety, and he will not receive any severance payments or benefits under the Employment Agreement or the Change of Control Agreement. If he wishes to revoke this Release, Executive shall deliver written notice stating his or her intent to revoke this Release to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, or, if Executive is serving in such capacities as of the Termination Date, to the Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at the offices of the Company on or before 5:00 p.m. on the seventh (7th ) day after the date on which he signs this Release.

  • Safety and Protection Where applicable, the PERFORMING PARTY shall be responsible for requiring employees, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain and supervise all necessary safety precautions and programs in connection with the Grant Activities. The PERFORMING PARTY shall take all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of the public during performance of the Grant Activities.

  • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act The Charter School is subject to all provisions of the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g. In the event the Charter School closes, it shall transmit all official student records in the manner prescribed by the State Board.
