Uniforms Returned. All uniforms, accessories and equipment purchased by the Employer shall remain the property of the Employer. Upon termination of employment, the employee shall return such items to the Employer, or with the approval of the Employer, shall pay the County a fair market value for those items the employee is permitted to keep.
