Union Access and Meetings. In accordance with the Employment Relations Xxx 0000, a representative of NZEI Te Riu Roa shall be entitled to enter a workplace at all reasonable times for purposes related to the employment of its members and to the union’s business. The representative will exercise this right in a reasonable way, having regard to the normal operations of the workplace and will comply with any reasonable procedures and requirements relating to health and safety or security.

Union Access and Meetings. In accordance with the Employment Relations Xxx 0000, a representative of NZEI Te Riu Roa shall be entitled to enter a workplace at all reasonable times for purposes related to the employment of its members and to the union’s business. Representatives of NZEI Te Riu Roa have access to the workplace in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000. Union meetings may be held by NZEI Te Riu Roa in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000.

  • Union Access 54. The Union shall have reasonable access to all work locations to verify that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are being carried out and for the purpose of conferring with employees provided that access shall be subject to such rules and regulations immediately below, as well as to such rules and regulations as may be agreed to by the department and the Union.

  • Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company.   • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

Contractor further agrees to make-good faith efforts to promote community membership on its Board of Directors in the manner set xxxxx xx §00X.0 of the Administrative Code. The Contractor acknowledges that its material failure to comply with any of the provisions of this paragraph shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. The Contractor further acknowledges that such material breach of the Agreement shall be grounds for the City to terminate and/or not renew the Agreement, partially or in its entirety.
