Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives, and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on the Employer’s premises or the Employer’s time without the prior approval of the Employer, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that there will be no Union Activity or meeting on Company premises except as set forth by this Agreement.
Union Activity on Premises. The Union acknowledges that the stewards and the members of the negotiating and grievance Committees will continue to perform their regular duties on behalf of the Hospital and that such persons will not leave their duties without first obtaining permission from the Head of the Department in which they are working and on completion of such duties shall report back to that official.
