Common use of Union Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Bargaining Committee. A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than three (3) members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 5088. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union nominees to the Committee.

Union Bargaining Committee. A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than three (3) members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 50884742. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union nominees to the Committee.
