Common use of Union Bargaining Leave Clause in Contracts

Union Bargaining Leave. The Employer agrees to grant the Union a total of four (4) days leave in the two (2) month period prior to the expiration of the Agreement, for the purposes of preparing bargaining proposals. This leave shall be without loss of pay, benefits or seniority, and the Union shall reimburse the Employer the wages of employees granted leave under this provision.

Union Bargaining Leave. The Employer agrees to grant the Union a total of four eight (4) 8) days leave in the two four (24) month period prior to the expiration of the Agreement, for the purposes of preparing bargaining proposals. This leave shall be without loss of pay, benefits or seniority, and the Union shall reimburse the Employer the wages of employees granted leave under this provision.. L7.00 GRIEVANCES‌
