Common use of Union Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Committee. The Union shall appoint and maintain a committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer and/or the Secretary-Business Manager or their representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union, at all times, shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee. There shall not be more than three (3) employees as members of the Committee on paid leave, in accordance with Article 7.04(a), at any one (1) time.
