Common use of Union Education/Convention Leave Clause in Contracts

Union Education/Convention Leave. The Employer shall grant leave of absence, without pay or loss of seniority, to the Union Stewards during their tenure are Xxxxxxx to attend Union Conventions or Education Sessions. Such leave must be applied for at least two (2) weeks in advance, and all leave for all employees shall not exceed fifteen (15) working days per year.
