Common use of - UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 11.01 The Union Committee and the Employer shall meet at a time mutually agreed upon for the purpose of discussing matters arising out of the administration of this agreement. The party requesting such a meeting shall at the time of the request supply an agenda of the matters to be discussed and the meeting between the parties will be held within fourteen (14) days following the request of such a meeting.

The Minutes of each meeting will be prepared by the Chairperson with all parties receiving copies of the Minutes within fourteen one (141) days following the request of such a meetingweek. Minutes shall be typed and approved and distributed by management.

The party requesting such a meeting shall at the time of the request supply scheduled meeting, containing an agenda of the matters subjects to be discussed and the meeting between the parties will be held within fourteen (14) days following the request of such a meetingother party shall include its agenda items in its response.

- UNION/EMPLOYER MEETINGS. 11.01 7:01 The Union Committee Committee, Union Representative, and the Employer shall meet quarterly at a time mutually agreed upon for the purpose of discussing matters including scheduling arising out of the administration of this agreementAgreement. The party requesting such a meeting Meetings may be held more often if agreed to by both parties. Both parties shall at the time of the request supply an agenda of the matters to be discussed and no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to that meeting. The parties may by mutual agreement raise additional items for information and/or discussion purposes which are not on the meeting between the parties will be held within fourteen (14) days following the request of such a meetingagenda.

The party requesting such a meeting shall at the time of the request supply an agenda of the matters to be discussed at least three (3) days in advance of the scheduled meeting to the other party and the other party shall include its agenda items in its response. The meeting between the parties will be held within fourteen (14) days following the request of for such a meeting.
