Union Fee Deductions. The manner of deduction and the remittance of subscriptions and any commission payable shall be determined by agreement with the national secretary of the union. The employer, when requested in writing by the union, shall, within one month of receipt of such a request, supply to the union a list of all employees. Such requests shall not be made to the employer at intervals of less than six months.

Union Fee Deductions. At the written request of any employee, the employer shall deduct union fees from the employee’s pay at a rate advised from time to time by TEU, as appropriate, in a manner agreed upon between the employer and TEU.

The employer shall remit the union fees electronically to the Union/s on a fortnightly basis. This also includes periods of time off work on paid leave. The employer shall also forward to each Union via email an electronic schedule in a csv or excel format detailing the name of the employee, value of deduction, site and details of the period covered by the remittance. For members on ACC, LWOP or other reasons for no deduction the Employer will include the reason for non-deduction in the same format.

Union Fee Deductions. 13.1 The Employer will, upon written request from the Employee, deduct from the Employee’s remuneration, fees for the NZ Nurses Organisation (NZNO). Such fees will be remitted not less frequently than three monthly to NZNO.

Union Fee Deductions. On a weekly basis the employer shall deduct Union fees and remit them monthly, unless otherwise agreed. Deductions shall be paid to the Union by direct credit with an identifying reference. On a monthly basis the employer shall forward via email the names of the employees for whom deductions have been made, the value of the deductions, the termination date of any members who have left the organisation and the details of the period covered by the remittance.
Union Fee Deductions. 17.3.1 The employer shall arrange for the deduction of union subscriptions for all TIASA members covered by this agreement, except in the cases agreed between the employer and the union. The employer shall forward the subscriptions to the union.
Union Fee Deductions. All workers who have authorised the New Zealand Nurses Organisation as their bargaining agent shall pay to the union a union fee, to be set from time to time by the union. This can be deducted from the workers’ wages by Kensington Private Hospital and forwarded to the union at intervals not exceeding three months.
