Union Use of Bulletin Board. The Village will make available space for a bulletin board (not to exceed 3 ft. by 3 ft.) in each station for the posting of official Union notices of a non-derogatory or non-partisan political nature. The Union will limit the posting of Union notices to such bulletin board and shall be responsible for maintaining its bulletin boards. The Village shall notify the Union of any materials posted on Union bulletin boards which the Village believes do not comply with the provisions of this Section.

Union Use of Bulletin Board. 15.1 The Company agrees to the posting by the Union on scheduling boards, of announcements regarding elections, meetings, negotiation developments and internal affairs of the Union, provided such notices are authorized by management and approved by the Union.
Union Use of Bulletin Board. The Village will make available space on the bulletin board for the posting of official Union notices or information it deems pertinent to its members. The Chapter agrees not to post any material that would discriminate against any employee or person as defined in Article IV of this Agreement. Other than in bargaining unit members’ department mail boxes, there shall be no distribution or posting of Union notices or any other kind of literature or materials upon the Village’s property by employees or by the Chapter except for Union notices and as herein provided.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.

  • Bulletin Boards and Newsstands The Employer will maintain bulletin board(s) or space on existing bulletin boards currently provided to the Union for union communication. In bargaining units where no bulletin board or space on existing bulletin boards has been provided, the Employer will supply the Union with a board or space. Material posted on the bulletin board will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws and identified as union literature. If requested, the Employer will identify area(s) where Union provided newsstand(s) can be located. Union provided newsstand(s) must meet the Employer’s campus standards. Union communications will not be posted or otherwise disseminated in any other location on the campus, except as provided in the Employer policy and in Section 40.7 below.

  • Quotation The Company will use its best efforts to include, subject to notice of issuance, the Common Shares on the Nasdaq National Market.

  • PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.
