Common use of University Grievances Clause in Contracts

University Grievances. (a) Step 1 of a University Grievance will be in writing and will set forth the information listed in Article 20.7 (a) (ii) except Article 20.7 (a) (ii) (4). The grievance will be addressed to the President of the Association and the CASBU officer. Within ten
