Unpaid Leave Benefits. Any employee on an unpaid leave of absence may continue his/her health, dental, or vision benefits while on leave, at the group rate by paying for such benefits. The employee will comply with regulations and requirements of the Controller regarding such payment. The total cost will be borne by the employee.
