Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave. a) An employee is entitled to unpaid carer’s leave to provide care and support for members of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household who need the employee’s care and support when they are ill or injured, or in the case of an unexpected emergency affecting the employee.
