Common use of Unscheduled Overtime Clause in Contracts

Unscheduled Overtime. Employees requested to perform emergency overtime work or who are called in during regularly scheduled days off or vacations, or who are called back to work outside the regular working day, other than for regularly scheduled overtime, shall receive a minimum four (4) hours pay at overtime rates. Appropriate travel time to and from work shall be considered as hours worked and paid at overtime rates.
