UNSCHEDULED VISIT. Unscheduled Visit must be entered into EDC and visit must occur after randomization. Unscheduled Visit will not be payable if it occurs on the same date as another visit. Spracovanie platby sa začne po prijatí faktúry a príslušnej podpornej dokumentácie v súlade a so schválením zmluvnej výskumnej organizácie.

Unscheduled visits will be reimbursed: (i) based on procedures performed, (ii) at the unit cost set forth in this Attachment D, (iii) paid based on eCRF data entered by Institution. A-10. OCT-A je voliteľná a môže sa vykonať, ak má pracovisko príslušné vybavenie. Náhrada nákladov bude vyplatená na základe predloženej faktúry a príslušnej sprievodnej dokumentácie. OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY ANGIOGRAPHY (OCT-A) REIMBURSEMENT: A maximum amount as outlined in the attached Detailed Budget – Conditional Fees per visit will be paid for OCT-A procedure. OCT-A is optional and can performed if site has the relevant equipment. The reimbursement will be paid against the receipt of the invoice and corresponding support documentation.
