USE AND MAINTENANCE OF LEASED PREMISES. A. The Leased Premises will be maintained and used by the Park District exclusively for public park and recreational purposes. The Park District shall have the right to develop the Leased Premises in accordance with any development plan which may be approved by the City with respect to the Leased Premises. The Park District shall not undertake any development or improvement of the Leased Premises without first procuring approval of a development plan for the Leased Premises from the City.
