Use of Library Facilities. If the elementary school library facilities are to be used when the teacher-librarian is absent from the premises, guidelines for their use which are not in conflict with BOARD policy shall be established by the librarian, the principal and the Professional Problems Committee.

Use of Library Facilities. A. CITY hereby grants to GRANTEE the revocable right and privilege to hold fundraising events in the Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. Library (“MLK”) space designated by the CITY or any branch library facility approved by the CITY. Terms for using MLK must abide by the terms set forth in the “AGREEMENT for Ownership and Operation of Joint Library Building between CITY and the Trustees of the California State University on behalf of San Xxxx State University”, referred to in this AGREEMENT as “Operating AGREEMENT”.
