Use of Online System. In order to use the Online System, Client will be required to create an electronic account and agrees to provide AFEX with a written list of Users that Client would like to access and use Online System on Client’s behalf. Upon AFEX’s approval of such Users, AFEX grants such Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Online System for the sole purpose of accessing the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Users may have full or limited access to the Online System, in AFEX’s sole discretion. If Client wishes AFEX to terminate a User’s access to the Online System, Client agrees to issue such request in writing, to be confirmed by AFEX in writing. Without limiting this Section, until such time as AFEX confirms such User’s access has been terminated, such User may remain authorized and Client will remain responsible for any transactions placed and other activity by such User.

Use of Online System. Any information including your portfolio holding information provided is for your reference only and may not show the correct value. Any account balance, projected returns, quoted prices, values, rates or other quotation provided is only indicative and are subject to change at any time without notice to you. Account overview displays portfolio return information based on financial information which may not be accurate or up to date. You should be aware that there are multiple methodologies in calculating portfolio return information and as such, the relevant information is provided to you for reference only. Formal accounts and statements will be sent to you in accordance with the terms and conditions for the relevant account or service.

Use of Online System. 9.1.1 In order to use the Online System, the Client will be required to create an electronic account and agree to provide EBURY with a written list of those Authorised Parties that the Client would like to access and use the Online System on the Client’s behalf. 9.1.2 Upon EBURY’s approval of such Users, EBURY grants such Users a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Online System for the sole purpose of accessing the Services. 9.1.3 Users may have full or limited access to the Online System, at EBURY’s sole discretion. 9.1.4 If the Client desires for EBURY to terminate one of its User’s access to the Online System, the Client agrees to issue such a request in writing, to be confirmed by EBURY in writing. 9.1.5 Without limiting this Section 8.1, until such time as EBURY confirms such User’s access has been terminated, such User may remain authorised and the Client will remain responsible for any transactions placed and other activity by such User.

  • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.
