If No, describe below the process used: Each individual Coach and Technical Assistant has been trained in proper data entry procedures for WTWCMS and local databases. The job coach will create enrollments, enter case narratives and calculate attendance. Once the attendance entry is calculated by the coach, Technical Assistants will enter the data on WTWCMS. All staff are required to adhere to established data entry, system use and confidentiality policies. Team Leaders review and audit entries for accuracy.

If No, describe below the process used: HRA does not use WTWCMS but rather NYCWAY and other local systems. HRA workers and the providers follow the same process for maintaining the supporting documentation for participation in paid employment and make it readily available for review by XXXX A&QC upon request. For unpaid work activities, HRA's providers will maintain the supporting documentation for unpaid work activities and make it readily available for HRA to submit to OTDA A&QC for review upon request. This process includes entering a participant's time into the district's attendance systems. This process is the same process that HRA workers would follow to enter attendance and document unpaid work activities. In addition, HRA workers will also retain documentation related to the caretaker of a child under 12 months of age or caretaker of a disabled household member and made available upon request. HRA will validate attendance reporting by monitoring visits to providers and viewing attendance records for program participation. HRA will visit Career Services program providers and other providers on a semi-annual basis to assess the accuracy of attendance reporting.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Use of Sub-Contractors If the Applicant requires the use of a Sub-Contractor in order to adequately complete the Project, a collaboration letter, contract or agreement between the Applicant and the Sub-Contractor must be in place prior to the Applicant proceeding with any Milestone which requires assistance from the Sub-Contractor. Applicant shall: (a) identify the Sub-Contractor to Alberta Innovates; (b) provide a copy of such Sub- Contractor agreement to Alberta Innovates upon request, and on a strictly confidential basis; and (c) ensure that dealings with the Sub-Contractor are not prohibited under any Applicable Laws Including any Anti- Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Sanctions Laws or Export Control Laws. Alberta Innovates may request the Applicant to provide evidence that it has paid the Sub-Contractor for such services. If the Applicant is using a Sub-Contractor: (aa) nothing in this Investment Agreement creates any employment, contract, agency relationship, or other direct or indirect, relationship of any kind between Alberta Innovates and such Sub-Contractor; and (bb) the Applicant shall be solely responsible for all work, acts, claims, defaults and liabilities relating to the Sub-Contractor.

  • Reliance on Third Parties The Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely upon, and shall not incur any liability for relying upon, any notice, request, certificate, consent, statement, instrument, document or other writing believed by it to be genuine and to have been signed or sent by the proper Person. The Administrative Agent also may rely upon any statement made to it orally or by telephone and believed by it to be made by the proper Person, and shall not incur any liability for relying thereon. The Administrative Agent may consult with legal counsel (who may be counsel for any Loan Party), independent accountants and other experts selected by it, and shall not be liable for any action taken or not taken by it in accordance with the advice of any such counsel, accountants or experts.
