Attendance Reporting. TES shall keep accurate records of Student/patient attendance and time spent by TES Personnel in providing Services to student/patient in the Program. Copies of such records will be provided to Client on a monthly basis with the invoices described in Section 9 below.
Attendance Reporting. Palouse Prairie School will follow Idaho State Law for reporting attendance and enrollment information.
Attendance Reporting. Instructional staff assigned to direct instruction of students shall not be required to contact parent(s)/guardian(s) solely to determine the reason for a student’s absence.
Attendance Reporting. Daily attendance will be recorded by the employee in electronic form provided by the district and delivered to the office for monthly and annual computation. Preliminary attendance reports and other register information will be completed by the office personnel.
Attendance Reporting. ASES, 21ST CCLC & ELO-P grant programs require program attendance to be reported to the State twice a year – on January 31 and July 31. Provider must submit hard copies of attendance sheets to the District 30 days in advance of the state due date. Provider must keep accurate and detailed attendance records that support the attendance reported to the District, the state and federal government. Provider should keep copies of attendance records for at least 5 years. These records shall be made available to the District at the District’s request. It is Provider’s responsibility to make sure all attendance information is submitted to the District accurately and is identical to attendance information reported in the CitySpan system. Provider must track attendances daily using the District system (CitySpan) and keep parent/caregivers’ sign in and out sheets (hard copies). Sign in and sign out sheets must have parent/caregiver signature, and the Site Supervisor must date and tally the sheets. Attendance (total students served) is calculated by adding together the number of students who participated each day of the program during the Attendance Period.
Attendance Reporting. 19.1. Non-Profit shall use commercially available attendance accounting software (such as Power School, AERIES, etc.) for student attendance accounting at the Charter School. Non-Profit on behalf of the Charter School shall submit enrollment and attendance data as required to receive apportionment of funding according to the deadlines specified in Schedule A. COUNTY BOARD staff will review and certify the accuracy of the Charter School’s attendance data submitted by Non-Profit only when all documentation has been submitted and is accurate. Attendance data submitted without the requisite detail will not be processed and may result in a delay of funding to the Charter School.
Attendance Reporting. PCS will keep accurate attendance records, providing the information in the prescribed format necessary for PUSD to submit the state approved J20/21forms at P1, P2 and Annual reporting periods. PCS will provide a copy of their school calendar to PUSD for review no later than June 10 prior to the beginning of the new fiscal year. PUSD will review to ensure compliance with attendance reporting requirements and will notify PCS within 10 days of receipt if there are any areas of non-compliance. PCS will notify and provide a copy to PUSD if there are subsequent changes to the school calendar; this should be done prior to the completion of any attendance-reporting period, which may be impacted. PCS will advise PUSD if during any month, actual ADA falls more than ten-percent (10%) below estimated ADA.
Attendance Reporting. NCLC will be responsible for its daily attendance accounting. The Charter School Director shall establish and maintain an appropriate attendance accounting system to record the number of days students are actually in attendance at NCLC and engaged in the activities required of them by NCLC. Not less than 30 days prior to the commencement of instruction, the attendance accounting system will be submitted to the District for review. Following review and approval of the attendance accounting system by the District, NCLC agrees that it will not be changed prior to additional review by the District. Reporting by NCLC of average daily attendance, in accordance with the Charter Schools Act and the California Code of Regulations, shall be submitted to the District by the Charter School, according to the County Office of Education procedures. CLCS will also be responsible for preparation and submittal of the Period 1, Period 2, and Annual Attendance Reports for NCLC. The annual audit shall include a review of actual attendance accounting records and attendance accounting practices to ensure compliance with the law.
Attendance Reporting. Dual credit students enrolled in an exclusive dual enrollment course will have attendance reporting once a week to the Registrar of the school district/high school. BC will support dual credit attendance reporting of non-exclusive dual credit courses and online courses as appropriate.
Attendance Reporting a. Each employee shall maintain, on a daily basis, a record of his/her hours worked and taken off, on a time sheet, the form, format and instructions of which shall be determined by the Employer. These timesheets MUST be completed, signed by the employee, and submitted to his/her supervisor by the day following the end of the pay period.
b. Accrual and use of vacation and sick leave will be accounted for on an hourly basis.
