Proof of Certification. (a) A nurse is required to have a renewed Certificate of Registration on or before February 15th of each year. The Employer will obtain evidence that her or his Certificate of Registration is in good standing and currently in effect. Such time will be extended for reasons where the College of Nurses of Ontario permits the nurse's Certificate of Registration to remain in effect. If the nurse's Certificate of Registration is suspended by the College of Nurses of Ontario for non-payment of the annual fee, the nurse will be placed on non-disciplinary suspension without pay. If the nurse presents evidence that her or his Certificate of Registration has been reinstated, she or he shall be reinstated to her or his position effective upon presenting such evidence. Failure to provide evidence within 90 calendar days of the nurse being placed on non-disciplinary suspension by the Employer will result in the nurse being deemed to be no longer qualified and the nurse shall be terminated from the employ of the Employer. Such termination shall not be the subject of a grievance or arbitration.

Proof of Certification. An employee who fails to submit proof of certification to the Superintendent by at least the day prior to the first payday of the school year or by the date the individual’s prior certification has expired will not receive any compensation until the required certification is received by the District.
Proof of Certification. All certificated employees shall provide proof of certification for the position for which they are hired. A Bachelor of Arts or Science shall be the hour requirements of the granting institution at the time of graduation.

All facilities, including leased facilities must be inspected annually by a certified Fire Marshal or inspection specialist and the Brevard County Health Department. The School must provide proof of the annual inspections to the Sponsor by May 1 of each year of operation. Other inspections may be required as determined by the Sponsor.
Proof of Certification. A Registered Nursing Assistant required to present to the Director of Nursing or her designate, before February 15th of each year, her current Certificate of Competence. Such time shall be extended for reasons satisfactory to the Hospital. This Agreement shall continue effect and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party other party not more than ninety (90) days before the date of termination written notice of termination or desire to amend the Agreement. In the event of such notification being given as to amendment of the Agreement, negotiations between the parties shall begin within thirty (30) days or as mutually agreed to following such notification. If, pursuant to such negotiations an agreement on the renewal or amendment of this Agreement is not reached prior to the current expiration date, this Agreement shall automatically be extended until consummation of a new Agreement or completion of the proceedings prescribed under the Labour Relations Act of the Province of Ontario, and the Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act, as amended from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, in the event the parties to this Agreement agree to negotiate for its renewal through the process of central bargaining, either party to this Agreement may give notice to the other party of its desire to bargain for amendments on Local matters proposed for incorporation in the renewal of this Agreement not earlier than six (6) calendar months nor later than three calendar months prior to the normal termination date of this Agreement. Upon receipt of such notice by one party from the other, both parties will meet within fifteen (15) days thereafter for the purpose of bargaining on local matters. It is understood and agreed that “local means those matters which have been determined by mutual agreement between the Central Negotiating Committee respectively representing each of the parties to this Agreement as being for local bargaining directly between the parties to this Agreement. It is also agreed that local bargaining shall be subject to such procedures as may be determined by mutual agreement between the Central Negotiating Committee referred to above.

Proof of Certification that comply with the Florida Fire Prevention Code, pursuant to §633.025, as adopted by the authority in whose jurisdiction the facility is located. The lease or proof of ownership of the building(s) that will house the School’s program is attached to this Charter as Appendix B. The School agrees to provide the Sponsor with documentation regarding the School's property interest (owner or lessees) in the property and facility where the School will operate. Proof of Certification. The contractor shall, for any vessel exclusion barrier proposed for supply and/or installation under this contract, provide the contracting officer with proof of certification in accordance with ASTM Standard F2766-11 – Standard Test Method for Boat Barriers. This proof of certification shall be provided to the contracting officer as part of any contractor proposal for the supply and/or installation of any boat barrier proposed.
Proof of Certification. It is the responsibility of each employee to provide proof to the Board of current and valid certification or license.
Proof of Certification. On the first pay in October of each school year, the Board will deduct College of Early Childhood Educators membership fees for each active member which will then be remitted to the College on each members’ behalf. Notwithstanding this, the Board or its designate may at any time require a DECE to produce for the Board proof of current and valid membership and certification with the College. Failure to produce satisfactory proof within two (2) weeks of a request, which time may be extended by mutual agreement, may result in disciplinary action against the DECE, up to and including suspension or dismissal.
