Use of Recordings. Licensor grants to Licensee the royalty-free right to use the Recordings in connection with non-commercial public events and educational programs (hereinafter, “Programs”). Such use includes, without limitation, the recordings and formats of the Recordings as provided to the Licensee. Licensee shall also have the right to the performance, transmission and use of the Recordings for use in Programs.

Use of Recordings. C801 Upon payment of the Base Fees provided for herein, the Corporation shall acquire the right to one (1) CBC Broadcast Window, provided that such CBC Broadcast Window is utilized within twenty-four (24) months after all Performers have completed their services. C802 The right to Broadcast under Article C801 includes transmission of the basic CBC signal over the Internet, as per the provisions of Appendix “K” (Internet). C803 When a program is to be used in a manner not provided for in this Agreement, the Corporation and ACTRA shall negotiate mutually acceptable terms and conditions to apply to such use.
Use of Recordings. Audio and/or video security surveillance recordings of common areas will not be used for evaluative purposes. The recording of instruction for evaluation purposes may occur by mutual agreement of the employee and the evaluator.

Use of Recordings. Clients may use the video and audio recordings from Group Services solely for personal purposes. It is strictly prohibited to distribute, share, or otherwise make use of these recordings beyond personal reference without the explicit consent of all parties involved. Clients must ensure the security of such recordings in accordance with GDPR and FADP by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Use of Recordings. In consideration of the payments made to an Artiste under the terms of this Agreement the Producer shall be entitled to incorporate any resultant recording in which the Artiste appears in vision and/or sound into the film or programme, or series of films or programmes and shall acquire the right to use and to licence others to use any such recording in all media now known or yet to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity. Use of Recordings. To allow Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx (Cath), trading as Drawn to a Story, to record, distribute, and disseminate the podcast episode in any manner. You also agree to allow Xxxx Xxxx to retain rights to the produced media for potential future use in speeches, books and all other forms of public distribution.

  • Marking of Records At its expense, the Seller will xxxx its master data processing records evidencing Pool Receivables and related Contracts with a legend evidencing that Receivable Interests related to such Pool Receivables and related Contracts have been sold in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by the Company. The records will be available to and remain the sole property of the Company at all times.
