Use of the English Language. In order to ensure the maximum efficiency for the application of the trade remedy rules under this Chapter, the investigating authorities of the Parties shall use the English language as a basis for communications and documents exchanged in the context of trade remedy investigations between the Parties.
Use of the English Language. All documents, notices, information and materials to be furnished under this Agreement shall be in the English language.
Use of the English Language. This Agreement has been executed in the English language and the Parties hereby expressly agree that the English version of this Agreement shall, at all time and for all purposes, control and govern the meaning and interpretation of the matter set forth herein, and that any Spanish version of this Agreement has been prepared for Buyer's and Subsidiaries' convenience only.
Use of the English Language. Except as may be required under Mexican law, any translation of this Agreement into another language shall have no interpretive effect. All documents or notices to be delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement shall be in the English language or, if any such document or notice is not in the English language, accompanied by an English translation thereof, and the English language version of any such document or notice shall control for purposes hereof.
Use of the English Language. This Note has been negotiated and executed in the English language. If this Note is translated into the Portuguese language, the English language version of this Note and comments delivered hereunder shall control and be conclusive as to the meaning of any terms and provisions hereof or thereof. All certificates, reports, notices and other documents and communications given or delivered pursuant to this Note shall be in the English language, or accompanied by a certified English translation thereof.
Use of the English Language. (a) All communications, notices, requests and demands under this Amendment shall be, and shall be effective when given or made, in the English language, and documents, information and materials to be furnished under this Amendment shall be in the English language. For all purposes, the English language version hereof shall be the controlling instrument and in the case of any conflict between the English version and a translation of this Amendment, the English version shall control.
(b) One Japanese language translation of this Amendment may be prepared by an interpreter approved by the Technical Agent, the reasonable and documented out-of-pocket cost of such translation to be paid for by the Borrower.
Use of the English Language. This Agreement has been prepared and signed in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English language version and any translation hereof made for any purpose, the English language version shall govern the interpretation and construction hereof and for any and all other purposes, except as may be otherwise required by applicable Law.
