Via hereby informs you that you are NOT permitted to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that: belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right; is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; xxxxx minors in any way; infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights; violates any law for the time being in force; deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature; impersonates or defames another person; contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; and threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of Singapore, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting to any other nation.

User Covenants. 4.1 You are fully responsible for your access and use of the Jupitice site or site services, your conduct and activities on the Jupitice site or site services and all your User-Generated Contents (as further defined below) whether publicly posted or privately transmitted by you (or on your behalf) on the Jupitice site or site services
User Covenants. 2.1. User will use the Facility solely for the Purpose and in accordance with applicable law and all applicable Xxxxx Power rules and procedures, including all applicable safety rules and procedures.
2.2. User acknowledges and accepts that Xxxxx Power will provide oversight and instruction with respect to the safe use and operation of the Facility and Equipment (“Safety Oversight and Instruction”) and User covenants that it will comply with all Safety Oversight and Instruction.
2.3. User covenants that it will use the Facility and Equipment safely and with the due care and diligence expected of emergency response personnel and will immediately cease use of the Facility or any Equipment or performance of any activities Xxxxx Power deems not to be in compliance with applicable law or Xxxxx Power safety rules and procedures.
2.4. User covenants that it will provide to and require its Personnel to wear all necessary personal protective equipment (“PPE”) while at the Facility. Additionally, at Xxxxx Power’s request, User will require its Personnel to wear any additional PPE provided by Xxxxx Power. User accepts that failure of is Personnel to wear PPE, whether provided by User or Xxxxx Power, entitles Xxxxx Power to prohibit User or its Personnel from using the Facility.
2.5. User covenants that it has obtained all required Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverages and has paid all necessary premiums. Upon request, User will provide Xxxxx Power with clearance certificates seven (7) days prior to use of the Facility.

a) Comply with Guidelines: You will comply with all guidelines, manuals, directives, or other publications that are available in JDB in regard to the use of your Account or other Services.

ii. intentionally submitting to the Portal any incomplete, false or inaccurate information;
iii. violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the Portal or any content on the Portal
iv. making any unsolicited communications to other Users;
v. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
vi. impersonate another person;
vii. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
viii. using any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Website/portal/SDMS/Application;
ix. attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Portal
x. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially , ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; xi. violates any law for the time being in force;
User Covenants. Users that wish to use the Platform shall have the following obligations:
I. Register with the Platform, setting up an account (the “User Account”).
II. Provide information that is truthful, valid, and precise (the “Registry Information”).
III. Keep the Registry Information updated. Tutors On Demand reserves the right to: request, at any time, specific information or documentation of the Users with the purpose of verifying the truthfulness and validity of the Registry Information; and temporarily suspend User Accounts where Registry Information could not be corroborated, or those accounts that, at Tutors On Demand’s judgment, are deemed to be created with fraudulent purposes.
IV. Keep their password private; in not doing so, the User will assume any damages and/or loss of profits that could derive from misuse.
V. Legally use the Platform according to applicable legislation, generally accepted moral codes, norms of good behavior, and public order.
User Covenants. (a) Obligations of Lasersight ------------------------- To secure Lasersight's obligations to pay VISX Per-Procedure Royalties for all Licensed Procedures, except for those procedures that are exempt under 35 U.S.C. Section 271(e), Lasersight shall obtain from its customers and assign to VISX a written agreement (User Covenants, Exhibit F) granting VISX the right to inspect during regular business hours with twenty-four (24) hour advance written notice (not including any hours on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday) the User's Licensed Product(s) and the User's premises at which the Licensed Product(s) is being used as set forth in and subject to the limitations of Section 2.4(a) herein and subject to the limitations of Section 2.4(b) below, and the right to have an independent auditor review the User's financial and patient records as set forth in Section 2.4(a) herein. Nothing in this Section is intended to diminish Lasersight's obligations or liability under the terms of the Agreement. Lasersight intends that VISX constitute a third party beneficiary under the User Covenants.
