Users Agreement. The SRO shall take law enforcement action as required. As soon as practicable, the SRO shall make the principal of the school aware of such action. At the principal’s request, the SRO shall take appropriate law enforcement action against intruders and unwanted guests who may appear at the school and related school functions to the extent that the SRO may do so under the authority of law. Whenever practicable, the SRO shall advise the principal before requesting additional police assistance on campus.

Users Agreement. Except as provided in this Agreement, the User agrees not to copy the Software received from Licensor in whole or in part. The User may copy the Software in whole or in part for internal use only. The original and all copies made by the User, in whole or in part, shall be and remain the property of the Licensor. If at any time the User becomes aware of unauthorized use or copying of the Software or documentation by its employees not in strict accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Agreement, it shall promptly and affirmatively notify the Licensor of such unauthorized use, providing as much detail as possible concerning such unauthorized use.

The initial monthly MemberLeap Fee is established under “Section 3 Monthly Fees” above. If the QuickBooks Interface or any other “add-on” system not included in the normal MemberLeap Plan Fee is used then the additional monthly fee is included there as well. ▇▇▇▇▇ will lock the monthly MemberLeap Fee for the first year of service, based on your active memberships at the beginning of this contract. Thereafter, ▇▇▇▇▇ will periodically evaluate the Client’s active memberships and adjust the monthly rate (up or down) according to the Client’s active memberships in MemberLeap database. An active membership is defined as any account in MemberLeap that requires a username/password combination. Client may change MemberLeap Plans at any time with a simple agreed upon addendum (by both ▇▇▇▇▇ and Client) to this contract.

Users Agreement. In consideration of the opportunity to express interest to do business with TCO within the Tengizchevroil System, User, by clicking "I accept all terms and (i) Supplier Expression of Interest (hereinafter "SEOI"). Prior to submitting supplier’s expression of interest to which it has been given access by Tengizchevroil, User has received, read, understood and agrees to the terms and conditions. (ii) SEOI Web Form. User acknowledges that any SEOI Web Form it submits through SEOI web tool within the TCO external website is legally valid and binding on User. User agrees that any SEOI Web Form it submits through SEOI web tool within the TCO external website is firm until accepted or rejected by Tengizchevroil. User agrees that it will only submit SEOI Web Form and/or any changes to the Web Form through SEOI web tool within the TCO external website and will not submit SEOI Web Form and/or any changes to the Web Form to Tengizchevroil via any other mechanism, unless requested to do so in writing by Tengizchevroil. User understands Tengizchevroil has the absolute right, in its discretion, to accept submitted SEOI Web Form or not to accept SEOI Web Form, or to cancel or postpone any SEOI Web Form submission, at any time with or without cause or notice. (iii) Data Privacy Notice. Prior to submitting supplier’s expression of interest to which it has been given access by Tengizchevroil, User has received, read, understood and agrees to process personal data to be used by a TCO authorized official for the purpose of acceptance of the submitted SEOI Web Form by User. Be aware that submitted personal data will be sent to appropriate departments within TCO with the purpose of verifying supplier’s capabilities. To review and correct the submitted personal data, please contact TCO SEOI team. User may not provide personal data; in such case TCO reserves the right to reject User’s SEOI Web Form.

Users Agreement. The Client implicitly and automatically accepts the present terms of reference if, and when, resorting to the Service.

Users Agreement. I have read and understand the District’s Internet Acceptable Use Policy and will abide by its terms and conditions. I further understand that any violation of the rules is unethical, and that any use of the Internet which violates federal or state laws may constitute a punishable criminal or civil offense. Should I commit any violation of policy or of law, my access privilege may be revoked and disciplinary action and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.

Users Agreement. When the Merchant accepts a booking request or receives a booking confirmation through the Resilia Platform, he enters into a contract directly with the User and is the sole responsible for providing his Service according with the terms, specifications and costs (fees) specified in his own Advertisement. All terms or conditions that are included in any additional contract with a User must: (i) be consistent with these Terms and the information provided in the Advertisement and (ii) be clearly indicated in the description thereof.
