Users Agreement. Except as provided in this Agreement, the User agrees not to use, copy, modify or transfer the Software received from Licensor in whole or in part. The User may copy the Software in whole or in part for internal use only.. The original and all copies made by the User, in whole or in part, shall be and remain the property of the Licensor. All terms or conditions that are included in any additional contract with a User must: (i) be consistent with these Terms and the information provided in the Advertisement and (ii) be clearly indicated in the description thereof.
