Utility Services and Septic Systems. Activities described in the existing utility easements or rights-of-way on the Protected Property recorded in the Official Land Records in [county name] County as of the date this Easement is recorded are permitted. Otherwise, the granting of easements or rights-of-way for power lines, gas lines, sewer lines, water lines, telecommunication towers, wind farms, or other similar types of utilities is prohibited.

Utility Services and Septic Systems. Except for wind energy facilities as provided in Section 5.11.1 below, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, removal and relocation of electric, gas, geothermal, water facilities, sewer lines and/or other public or private utilities, including telephone or other communication services over or under the Protected Property and the right to grant easements over and under the Protected Property for such purposes, is permitted without further permission of the Grantee, provided that such utility improvements are limited to the sole purpose of providing electrical, gas, water, sewer, or other utilities to serve only the Protected Property and improvements permitted in this Easement. Utility improvements that provide service beyond the Protected Property are not permitted. Maintenance, repair or improvement of a septic system(s) or other underground sanitary system which exists on the Protected Property at the time of this Easement or the construction of septic or other underground sanitary system for the benefit of any of the permitted improvements is permitted without further approval of the Grantee.

Grantors shall not permit or grant easements for utility transmission or distribution facilities or systems without the written consent of the Grantee and the United States. Maintenance, repair or improvement of a septic system(s) or other underground sanitary system that exists on the Protected Property at the time of this Easement, or the construction of a septic or other underground sanitary system, for the benefit of any of the improvements permitted herein, is permitted. All other utilities are prohibited on the Protected Property including, but not limited to, cellular communication towers or structures.
Utility Services and Septic Systems. Wires, lines, pipes, cables or other facilities providing electrical, gas, water, sewer, communications, or other utility services to the improvements permitted herein may be installed, maintained, repaired, removed, relocated and replaced anywhere on the Property, and Holder may grant easements over and under the Property for such purposes. Septic or other underground sanitary systems serving the improvements permitted herein may be installed, maintained, repaired or improved anywhere on the property. Any such services and systems shall be located so as to have minimal impact on the agricultural productivity and other Conservation Values of the Property.
