VACANCIES FOR A TEMPORARY OCCUPATION a) The Employer may choose to fill the temporarily vacant occupation in a classification by using temporary employee and/or calling in employee not scheduled for work according to article 17. If the vacant occupation in a classification is for more than one month, the vacant occupation will be offered to the employee in other classifications who has more seniority and is available providing that, in the reasonable judgment of the Employer, the employee meets the requirements of the occupation.

  • Temporary Vacancies (a) Vacancies of a temporary nature, which exceed or are expected to exceed three (3) months, shall be posted as per Article 24.1.

When bridges and culverts are re- moved, associated fills shall also be removed to the ex- tent necessary to permit normal maximum flow of water.

  • Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services.
