Vacating of Premises. In the event of cancellation or termination of this agreement, the student hereby agrees to vacate all UCM housing facilities within 48 hours of notification of such cancellation or termination. The student further agrees to vacate all UCM housing facilities prior to the date and time of closing of such facilities as stated in the schedule issued by the Office of University Housing. This includes vacation/break periods. If student is declared a No-Show (as stated in 3-b), the deposit will be forfeited with no other penalty as long as the student is not enrolled at UCM.

Vacating of Premises. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall return the Premises in good order and condition, except for normal wear and tear and damage by fire or other casualty. On or before the date of termination, Tenant shall have removed all furniture, equipment, supplies, and other materials owned and controlled by Tenant. At the election of Landlord, Tenant shall restore the Premises to their original condition, including the removal of all improvements, additions, fixtures or alterations made by Tenant to the Premises.
Vacating of Premises. Prior to vacating the Premises, in addition to all other requirements under this Agreement, Airline shall remove any Hazardous Substances placed on the Premises during the Term by Airline, or as a result of Airline’s use or occupancy of the Premises and shall demonstrate such removal to the Port’s reasonable satisfaction. This reasonable removal and demonstration shall be a condition precedent to the Port’s return of any portion of the Security Deposit, if any, to Airline upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Vacating of Premises. The Resident agrees to vacate the Designated Recreational Facilities no later than the end of the Use Period. Prior to vacating the premises, the Resident agrees to remove all food, beverages, and all other materials, which the Resident brought to the Designated Recreational Facilities. Vacating of Premises. In the event of termination of this contract, the student will completely vacate their assigned Campus Living space within 24 hours of termination notification. At the end of each semester, students not returning are required to vacate their assigned space within 24 hours after their last examination or by posted closing times, whichever comes first. Students, except those who have contracted to remain in Campus Living during the summer sessions, must remove all personal belongings at the end of the Spring Semester. Any remaining property after check-out shall be deemed abandoned (see below) and may be removed and disposed of by the University at the student’s expense.
