Vacating of Premises. In the event of cancellation or termination of this agreement, the student hereby agrees to vacate all UCM housing facilities within 48 hours of notification of such cancellation or termination. The student further agrees to vacate all UCM housing facilities prior to the date and time of closing of such facilities as stated in the schedule issued by the Office of University Housing. This includes vacation/break periods. If student is declared a No-Show (as stated in 3-b), the deposit will be forfeited with no other penalty as long as the student is not enrolled at UCM.
Vacating of Premises. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall return the Premises in good order and condition, except for normal wear and tear and damage by fire or other casualty. On or before the date of termination, Tenant shall have removed all furniture, equipment, supplies, and other materials owned and controlled by Tenant. At the election of Landlord, Tenant shall restore the Premises to their original condition, including the removal of all improvements, additions, fixtures or alterations made by Tenant to the Premises.
Vacating of Premises. Prior to vacating the Premises, in addition to all other requirements under this Agreement, Airline shall remove any Hazardous Substances placed on the Premises during the Term by Airline, or as a result of Airline’s use or occupancy of the Premises and shall demonstrate such removal to the Port’s reasonable satisfaction. This reasonable removal and demonstration shall be a condition precedent to the Port’s return of any portion of the Security Deposit, if any, to Airline upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Vacating of Premises. The Tenant agrees to vacate the premises at the end of the lease term and return the keys to Management if they intend to vacate the dwelling unit.
Vacating of Premises. The Resident agrees to vacate the Designated Recreational Facilities no later than the end of the Use Period. Prior to vacating the premises, the Resident agrees to remove all food, beverages, and all other materials, which the Resident brought to the Designated Recreational Facilities. Prior to vacating the Designated Recreational Facilities, Resident shall: (i) adjust the air conditioning temperature to 80 degrees or the heater at 60 degrees depending on the time of the year; (ii) all lights and ceiling fans are turned off; (iii) all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Vacating of Premises. Premises must be cleaned and cleared of attendees and equipment by 1:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be advised that the Police Department will be called if premises are not vacated by 1:00 a.m. plus a $100 fine will be applied.
Vacating of Premises. Those tenants presently residing in the house and are not renewing their lease for next year will have to vacate the premises at the time their lease expires. Each day you remain on the premises without written permission from Schmates Properties, you will be charged a prorated fee of the normal daily rent. Upon expiration of the lease, lessee is required to fill out a “Move Out” form supplied by Lessor via email. This is to be completed and left on the kitchen counter along with all of the keys to the home. Bedroom keys should be left in the locks.
Vacating of Premises. In the event of termination of this contract, the student will completely vacate their assigned Campus Living space within 24 hours of termination notification. At the end of each semester, students not returning are required to vacate their assigned space within 24 hours after their last examination or by posted closing times, whichever comes first. Students, except those who have contracted to remain in Campus Living during the summer sessions, must remove all personal belongings at the end of the Spring Semester. Any remaining property after check-out shall be deemed abandoned (see below) and may be removed and disposed of by the University at the student’s expense.
Vacating of Premises. 6.1 A Vacating of Premises form needs to be completed and sent to the Service Provider not less than 14 days prior to the consumer vacating the premises.
