Common use of Vacation and Holidays Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Holidays. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per annum, in accordance with the Company's vacation policy.

Vacation and Holidays. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per annum, calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company's ’s vacation policypolicies, as in effect from time to time.
