Mid-Term Tenure Evaluation. 10.5.1 The TPC and the Xxxx shall conduct a comprehensive mid-term evaluation of the tenurable employee’s progress towards fulfilling the criteria for the granting of tenure after the completion of the winter semester of the third probationary year. The evaluation shall be based on the materials in the employee’s tenure dossier, with a focus on the documents produced in the third probationary year and on the annual evaluation reports for the first and second probationary years.
