Vacation Buy Back. Each employee in this bargaining unit may request and receive payment up to a total of eighty (80) hours of accrued vacation within a calendar year. Such request shall be made during any biweekly pay period. Effective with the first pay date in January 2001, all buy backs will be subject to an eighty (80) hour maximum in a twelvemonth period.

Vacation Buy Back. Each employee in this bargaining unit may request during any pay period and receive payment at the base hourly rate for up to eighty (80) hours per calendar year of accrued vacation leave, provided there is a total minimum remaining balance of eighty (80) hours of accrued vacation within a calendar year. Such request shall be made during any biweekly pay periodfollowing payment. Effective with the first pay date in January 2001March 3, 2003, all buy buy-backs will be subject to an eighty (80) hour maximum in a twelvemonth twelve- month period.
