Vacation Entitlement for Regular Full time Employees and Regular Part-time Employees, during each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, a Regular Full-time Employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay and the rate at which such entitlement is earned shall be governed by the position held by the Employee and the total length of such services as follows:

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take time off in lieu of payment of overtime at a time or times agreed with the Company. Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate, that is an hour for each hour worked.

An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave.
