Vacation Leave on Retirement. An employee scheduled to retire and to receive a superannuation allowance under the Pension (Public Service) Act, or the Pension Plan pursuant to Article 32, or who has reached the mandatory retiring age, shall be granted vacation entitlement earned to date of retirement. Providing his service or combined service is 10 years or more, he shall receive, in addition, a retirement bonus equal to 40 hours at his basic pay.
