Vacation Pay Time Off Vacation Pay. Less than 3 years continuous service 2 weeks 4% 3 or more years continuous service 3 weeks 6% 8 or more years continuous service 4 weeks 8% 13 or more years continuous service 5 weeks 10% [*Percentage (%) of Gross pay] Vacation pay will be paid at the time vacation is taken. Part time employees shall have the option of receiving their vacation pay in one lump sum payment.
