Vacation Payout Options. For full time employees: Accumulated “vacation accrued” at March 31 will be based on the employee’s weeks of entitlement for the previous fiscal year and is paid out at the time of vacation. For part time and casual employees: A “lump sumvacation payout, based on accumulated “vacation accrued” at March 31, will be paid. This vacation payout will be provided only once each year, within the first 3 (three) months of the new fiscal year.
