Vacation Request to be Paid out at Time of Vacation. The Employer shall post on the bulletin board near the punch clock on the second (2nd) week of March of every year, a reminder that employees who wish their vacation pay to be issued at time of vacation being taken must submit their request prior to April 1st of each year and that failing to do such request, vacation will be paid out on or before the third (3rd) week of May.
