Various Prohibited Uses. CLC will not do or permit anything to be done upon the Premises, or bring or keep anything thereon that is in violation of any federal, state or local laws or regulations (including environmental laws or regulations not previously described), or any rules, regulations or requirements of the local fire department, Fire Insurance Rating Organization, or any other similar authority having jurisdiction over the Building. CLC will not do or permit anything to be done upon the Premises that may in any way create a nuisance, disturb, endanger, or otherwise interfere with the telecommunications services of Frontier, any other occupant of the Building, their patrons or End Users, or the occupants of neighboring property, or injure the reputation of the property. CLC will not, without the prior written consent of Frontier: (i) install or operate any lead-acid batteries, refrigerating, heating or air conditioning apparatus or carry on any mechanical business in the Premises; (ii) use the Premises for housing, lodging or sleeping purposes; (iii) permit preparation or warming of food, presence of cooking or vending equipment, sale of food or smoking in the Premises; or (iv) permit the use of any fermented, intoxicating or alcoholic liquors or substances in the Premises or permit the presence of any animals except those used by the visually impaired. Frontier may, in its sole discretion, withhold such consent, or impose any condition in granting it, and revoke its consent at will.

Various Prohibited Uses. Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord to be exercised in the sole and absolute discretion of Landlord (or other than in strict accordance with such conditions as Landlord may impose): 1. install or operate any heating, or air-conditioning apparatus or carry on any mechanical operations; or 2. use the Premises for housing, lodging or sleeping purposes.

SBCT shall not use the name of the Building or Sprint for any purpose other than that of the business address of SBCT, or use any picture or likeness of the Building on any letterhead, envelope, circular, notice, or advertisement, without the prior written consent of Sprint. 7.14.3. SBCT shall not exhibit, sell or offer for sale, rent or exchange in the Collocation Space or on the Premises any article, thing or service except those ordinarily embraced within the use of the Collocation Space specified in this Part K without the prior written consent of Sprint. 7.14.4. SBCT shall not place anything or allow anything to be placed near the glass of any door, partition or window which Sprint determines is unsightly from outside the Collocation Space; take or permit to be taken in or out of other entrances of the Building, or take or permit to be taken on any passenger elevators, any item normally taken through service entrances or elevators; or whether temporarily, accidentally, or otherwise, allow anything to remain in, place or store anything in, or obstruct in any way, any passageway, exit, stairway, elevator, or shipping platform. SBCT shall lend its full cooperation to keep such areas free from all obstruction and in a clean and neat condition, move all supplies, furniture and equipment directly to the Collocation Space as soon as received, and move all such items and waste, other than waste customarily removed by employees...
Various Prohibited Uses. Tenant shall not carry on any mechanical business without the prior written consent of Landlord; use the Premises for housing, lodging or sleeping purposes; permit food to be brought into the Premises for consumption therein, by anyone other than Tenant's employees, business invitees and agents without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall not use the Premises for housing accommodations, for lodging or sleeping purposes or for any illegal purposes. Tenant shall not at any time engage in the manufacture, sale, purchase, use or gift of any spirituous, fermented, intoxicating or alcoholic liquors from the Premises or property.

Various Prohibited Uses. Tenant shall not install or operate any refrigerating, heating or air conditioning apparatus or carry on any mechanical business without the prior written consent of Landlord; use the Leased Premises for housing, lodging or sleeping purposes or for any immoral or illegal purposes; permit preparation or warming of food in the Leased Premises (warming of coffee and individual meals of employees excepted); permit food to be brought into the Leased Premises for sale or consumption therein except coffee and individual meals of employees, without the prior written consent of Landlord, or permit the manufacture, sale, purchase, use or gift of any alcoholic liquors in the Leased Premises or on the Property. Landlord may in its sole discretion refuse permission or impose any conditions in granting it, and revoke it at will.

Tenant shall not at any time do or permit the manufacture, sale, purchase, use or gift of any spirituous, fermented, intoxicating or alcoholic liquors. Nothing in this subsection shall be read as limiting the restrictions on use imposed elsewhere in this Lease.

Tenant shall not bring onto the Premises any apparatus, equipment or supplies that may overload the Premises or the Building or any utility or elevator systems or jeopardize the structural integrity of the Building or any part thereof. (c) Tenant shall not use the Premises or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way conflict with, and at its sole cost and expense shall promptly comply with, any Legal Requirement now in force or which may hereafter be enacted or promulgated relating to the condition, use or occupancy of the Premises, excluding structural changes not relating to or affecting the condition, use or occupancy of the Premises or Tenant’s improvements or acts. The judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction or the admission of Tenant in any action against Tenant, whether Landlord be a party thereto or not, that Tenant has violated any Legal Requirement, shall be conclusive of the fact as between Landlord and Tenant.

  • Gifts Prohibited The Consultant represents that it is familiar with Chapter 12.08 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code, which generally prohibits a City officer or designated employee from accepting any gift. The Consultant shall not offer any City officer or designated employee any gift prohibited by Chapter 12.08. The Consultant’s violation of this Subsection 21.1 is a material breach.

  • Prohibited Items Only refrigeration appliances supplied with the Room are to be used. No other refrigeration items are to be brought into the Room. In order for appliances to be used in the Residence, they must bear a visible serial number and a CSA or UL identification tag. Irons, toaster ovens, coffee makers, electric kettles protected by automatic “shut off” may be used. Appliances found in rooms that do not bear a CSA or UL identification tag will be removed by the Manager at the Resident’s expense, without liability to the Manager for spoilage or damage to the appliance removed. The following are prohibited: open coil hot plates, deep fryers, indoor barbecues, fondues and the like; pets; candles, incense, lava lamps, halogen lamps, large musical instruments or noise producing devices such as subwoofers and PA systems, illegal substances, alcohol and illegal drug paraphernalia, single serving glass alcohol containers (i.e. beer bottles, coolers, etc.), novelty glass liquor bottles, and large common source containers (i.e. kegs, 60oz containers); weapons, replica weapons, or any device that is designed for (or could be used for) the purpose to intimidate, threaten, harm, or kill.
