Vegetation Management Services. (a) Sheep Farmer shall provide sheep at the Solar Site in accordance with Section 2 for the purpose of grazing to maintain all vegetation at the Solar Site.

Vegetation Management Services. Sheep Xxxxxx shall provide sheep at the Solar Site in accordance with Section 2 for the purpose of grazing to maintain all vegetation that sheep are expected to eat (defined as “Covered Vegetation”) at the Solar Site. Covered Vegetation shall include: [specific list of vegetation that sheep typically eat]2. Any other vegetation, including without limitation [insert specific list of vegetation that sheep do not typically eat]3, shall not constitute Covered Vegetation. Sheep Xxxxxx shall cause all Covered Vegetation on the Solar Site to be maintained so that such vegetation [does not shade the solar panels] OR [does not reach a height taller than _____ inches]4. In the event that the sheep do not effectively maintain all Covered Vegetation in accordance with the agreed-upon standard set forth above, Sheep Xxxxxx shall be responsible for achieving that agreed-upon standard. Sheep Xxxxxx may fulfill the vegetation maintenance standard through subcontracting (in accordance with Section 8) a landscaping service or other service or by some other means. Solar Site Manager shall be responsible for maintenance of all vegetation, except Covered Vegetation. Solar Site Manager may fulfill maintenance of other such vegetation through subcontracting (in accordance with Section 8) a landscaping service or other service or by some other means. Sheep shall be stocked at a density as determined by Sheep Xxxxxx to satisfy the agreed upon vegetation maintenance standard set forth above. Sheep Xxxxxx may add or remove sheep from flock as the land, weather, management, and other conditions may require, to the extent that the sheep flock remains capable of maintaining the vegetation in accordance with this Agreement. Sheep Xxxxxx may perform forage sampling at the Solar Site (in accordance with Exhibit E) in order to determine the appropriate density of sheep. Sheep Xxxxxx is not bound by the suggestions represented by the forage sampling.

Fumigation Services Our fumigation services are especially designed to meet your pest control needs when conventional pest control methods are not an option. Fumigation may be necessary to eliminate an infestation from a commodity or from household goods, to eliminate wood-destroying insects or to meet exporting regulations. Our fumigation services include: • Full or partial building fumigation • Trailer, container or chamber fumigation • Silo fumigation Technical Services Ref RFP Sec VIII A.1.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply.
