Vehicle Damage Reimbursement. Employees whose vehicle is damaged in a collision with another vehicle while driving a personal vehicle on County business shall, following the approval of the ESA Claims Division, or if denied by ESA and subsequently approved on appeal to the Accident Review Board, be reimbursed for such damage not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) provided:

  • Mileage Reimbursement A. Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be reimbursed for each mile driven in the performance of his or her duties during each monthly period as follows:
