VENUE MANAGER. 20.1 EXCALIBUR appoints a Venue Manager who acts on behalf of EXCALIBUR.
20.2 His / her role is to answer any questions you may have with regard to EXCALIBUR, facilitate bookings, finalize agreements and act as representative of EXCALIBUR.
20.3 The venue Manager therefore has full mandate to act within his/her discretion in terms of this agreement and to perform any such decisions as may be necessary as if EXCALIBUR has authorized such decisions to which the CLIENT will adhere to.

VENUE MANAGER. 23.1 MEMOIRE appoints a Venue Manager who acts on behalf of MEMOIRE.
23.2 His / her role is to answer any questions you may have with regard to MEMOIRE, facilitate bookings, finalize agreements and act as representative of MEMOIRE.
23.3 The venue Manager therefore has full mandate to act within his/her discretion in terms of this agreement and to perform any such decisions as may be necessary as if MEMOIRE has authorized such decisions to which the CLIENT will adhere to.
23.4 A event management fee will automatically be added to your Memoire invoice which includes the planning serves, on the day and evening coordination services of one of Memoire’s professionally trained staff.

VENUE MANAGER. 19.1. THE LAKESIDE appoints a Venue Manager who acts on behalf of THE LAKESIDE.
19.2. His/her role is to take guided venue viewings; answer any questions you may have with regard to THE LAKESIDE, facility bookings, finalize agreements and act as a representative of THE LAKESIDE on the day/night of your function.
19.3. The Venue Manager therefore has full mandate to act within his/her discretion in terms of this agreement and to perform any such decisions as may be necessary as if THE LAKESIDE has authorised such decisions to which the CLIENT will adhere to.
VENUE MANAGER. 19.1. INIMITABLE appoints a Venue Manager who acts on behalf of INIMITABLE.
19.2. His/her role is to take guided venue viewings; answer any questions you may have with regard to INIMITABLE, facility bookings, finalise agreements and act as a representative of INIMITABLE on the day/ night of your function.
19.3. The Venue Manager therefore has full mandate to act within his/her discretion in terms of this agreement and to perform any such decisions as may be necessary as if INIMITABLE has authorised such decisions to which the CLIENT will adhere to.
VENUE MANAGER. 1. The Venue appoints a Venue Manager who acts on behalf of the Venue. His / her role is to answer any questions you may have regarding the Venue, facility, and bookings, finalize agreements and act as a representative of the Venue.
2. The venue Manager, therefore, has full mandate to act within his/her discretion in terms of this agreement and to perform any such decisions as may be necessary as if the Venue has authorized such decisions to which the Customer and their respective guests will adhere.
VENUE MANAGER. An onsite venue manager will be available during tenancy of Hayne Barn. The venue manager is not an event manager but is responsible for the barn and as a point of con- tact for the client. The venue manager is on-site between:
VENUE MANAGER. (a) A Venue must appoint a Venue Manager who is in attendance on Match day. Contact numbers must be provided to the Club prior to the Match.
(b) A Venue Manager should be responsible for:
(i) Crowd control, police and security;
(ii) Emergency Response Management;
(iii) Catering and supply of food and beverage and concessions;
(iv) Facility management, including repairs, maintenance and cleaning;
(v) Lighting and sound;
(vi) Ticketing;
(vii) Spectator first aid;
(viii) Ingress and egress;
(ix) Field of Play preparation; and
(x) Traffic management.
VENUE MANAGER. A Rosewood Farms employee will be provided as needed to ensure the proper use and care of the Property. The Rosewood Farms employee is not responsible for providing decor setup, post-event cleaning, overseeing vendors, etc.
