Vertical columns of the Salary Schedule and Salary Advance for Certification and Academic Credits. The Salary Schedule shall have vertical columns for certification and educational credits of Starting, CTE I and II, Instructional I and II, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Master’s Equivalency Degree, Master’s Degree plus 15 credits and Master’s Degree plus 30 credits. The Career and Technology Center agrees to two columns of Master’s Plus 15 credits and Master’s Plus 30 credits. A Bachelor’s Degree column has been added to the salary schedule as of July 1, 2024. During the 2024-2025 contractual year, Professional employees who have already earned a Bachelor’s Degree as of the date of ratification of this Agreement shall be moved into the Bachelor’s column retroactive to July 1, 2024, provided that they submit proof of having earned their Bachelor’s Degree to the Business Office. Employees who earn a Bachelor’s Degree subsequent to the date of ratification of this Agreement shall follow the usual procedures and deadlines for column movement as outlined below. All professional employees hired prior to June 30, 1995 and who had a Master’s Equivalency Degree on or before June 30, 1995, shall be placed on the salary schedule on the Master’s Degree vertical column, Master’s Plus 15 or Master’s Plus 30, where appropriate. With respect to professional employees hired before June 30, 1995, all such professional employees, who obtain a Master’s Equivalency Degree, are eligible to be placed on the Master’s Degree column, the Master’s Plus 15 column or the Master’s Plus 30 column in the future, provided that they have taken approved courses for credit within the last three years. In addition, if at any time in the future there is any gap of more than three years in which a professional employee, hired before June 30, 1995, does not take an approved course for credit towards a Master’s Equivalency or a Master’s Equivalency Plus 15 or Master’s Equivalency Plus 30, then such professional employee will become ineligible to move to a higher vertical column on the salary schedule (i.e. Master’s, Master’s Plus 15 or Master’s Plus 30). Professional employees are eligible to be placed in the Master’s Degree column of the salary schedule, as long as they have a PDE-issued Letter of Equivalency for Master’s Degree.   • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Termination for Convenience TIPS may, by written notice to Vendor, terminate this Agreement for convenience, in whole or in part, at any time by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to Vendor of such termination, and specifying the effective date thereof.

  • Effective Date This agreement shall be effective upon its execution, and unless terminated as provided, shall continue in force until May 31, 2006 and thereafter from year to year, provided continuance is approved annually by the vote of a majority of the Board members of the Issuer, and by the vote of those Board members of the Issuer who are not "interested persons" of the Issuer and, if a plan under Rule 12b-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 is in effect, by the vote of those Board members of the Issuer who are not "interested persons" of the Issuer and who are not parties to the Distribution and Service Plan or this Agreement and have no financial interest in the operation of the Distribution and Service Plan or in any agreements related to the Distribution and Service Plan, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on the approval. This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event of its assignment. As used in this paragraph, the terms "assignment" and "interested persons" shall have the respective meanings specified in the Investment Company Act of 1940 as now in effect or as hereafter amended. In addition to termination by failure to approve continuance or by assignment, this Agreement may at any time be terminated by either party upon not less than sixty days' prior written notice to the other party.

  • Term of Agreement This Agreement becomes effective upon the date of the last signature below ("Effective Date") and shall remain in effect until the completion of all obligations of both Parties hereto, or five years from the Effective Date, whichever comes first.

  • Payment Terms DXC agrees to pay Supplier the undisputed amount of an invoice within ninety (90) days after the receipt of a valid, complete and properly documented invoice. Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC. Payment will be in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated. Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect. Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”). DXC, at its option, and without prior notice to Supplier, shall have the right to set off or deduct from any Supplier’s invoice, any credits, refunds or claims of any kind due DXC.

  • Reporting Requirements The Company, during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act, will file all documents required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act within the time periods required by the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.

  • Term and Termination 13.1 This agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of one (1) year from the Service Commencement Date, unless otherwise terminated as provided in this agreement. After the initial term of one (1) year (“Initial Term”), this agreement shall automatically renew for yearly periods, unless either party gives notice terminating this agreement, in writing, at least ninety (90) days before the end of the then current term of this agreement. 13.2 Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies to which the parties may be entitled, either party may terminate this agreement without liability to the other if: (a) the other party fails to pay any undisputed amount due under this agreement on the due date for payment and it remains in default not less than ten (10) business days after being notified in writing to make such payment; (b) the other party commits a material breach of any of the terms of this agreement provided, if such a breach is remediable, the party in breach fails to remedy that breach within thirty (30) days of that party being notified in writing of the breach; or (c) the other party becomes insolvent, is the subject of a petition for creditor protection or a petition in bankruptcy or of any other proceedings under bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws or makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors (or any event occurs, or proceeding is taken, with respect to the other party that has an effect equivalent or similar to any of the events mentioned in this clause). 13.3 On termination of this agreement for any reason: (a) all licences granted under this agreement shall immediately terminate; (b) each party shall return and make no further use of any Confidential Information, equipment, property, materials and other items (and all copies of them) belonging to the other party; (c) within fifteen (15) days of the effective date of termination, the Supplier shall return to the Customer the then most recent back-up of the Customer Data in the Supplier’s possession, either in its then current format or in an industry standard format nominated by the Customer (in which event the Customer will reimburse the Supplier’s reasonable data conversion expenses), save that the Supplier may keep one copy of any such data or information for a period of up to twelve (12) months to comply with its obligations under clause 13.3(d); (d) the Customer shall for a period of twelve (12) months following termination of this agreement be entitled to require access to any Customer Data held by the Supplier (in which event the Customer will reimburse the Supplier’s reasonable expenses incurred in providing such access); and (e) the accrued rights of the parties as at termination, or the continuation after termination of any provision expressly stated to survive or implicitly surviving termination (including, clause 9, clause 10, clause 11 and clause 12), shall not be affected or prejudiced.

  • Effect of Termination Upon any expiration of the Term or termination of this Agreement, the obligations and rights of the parties hereto shall cease, provided that such expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not relieve the parties of any obligation or breach of this Agreement accruing prior to such expiration or termination, including, without limitation, all accrued payment obligations arising under Article 6. In addition, Article 5, Article 7, Section 2.12, Section 4.5, and this Section 4.6 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the rights of Registry Operator to operate the registry for the TLD shall immediately cease upon any expiration of the Term or termination of this Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.
