Vice-Principals. 4.3.1 When a teacher is appointed to be a vice-principal, the teacher shall receive an allowance equal to 50% of the allowance that the principal of that school receives.
4.3.2 Effective September 1, 2011, when a teacher is appointed to be a vice-principal, the teacher shall receive an allowance equal to 50% of the allowance that the teacher would receive if the teacher were principal of the school.

Vice-Principals. The District shall pay to each vice-principal an allowance equal to 1/2 of that payable under clause 4.3 to the principal of the school in which the vice-principal is assigned.

Vice-Principals. Upon approval of the superintendent, each vice-principal will have access to $250 per school year for professional development opportunities. Any unused portion of the $250 not used during the first school year may be carried forward to the second school year, after which any remaining funds unused will expire.
Vice-Principals. First or only vice principal – sixty percent (60 %) of the principal’s allowance.
4.2.2.1. The minimum allowance for vice principal allowance will be adjusted in accordance with current proportionality to the principal allowance.
Vice-Principals. 8.1 Teachers designated as vice-principals prior to January 1, 1981, shall not have their positions terminated by the act of the Board abolishing the position. Provisions of this clause shall in no way deny the right of the Board to terminate the designation of a vice-principal in accordance with the School Act.
