VIDEO INTERPRETATION SERVICES. The Contractor will provide video interpretation services from English to a foreign language and from a foreign language to English for a LEP client, upon request by a Customer. Video Interpretation services will be billed in one (1) minute increments. Technical Requirements Network and throughput: Wireless, with enough coverage and capacity to provide a sustained 384kbps of bandwidth per simultaneous video call, and 64kbps per simultaneous audio call Internet Browser: Google Chrome or Firefox Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10 Processor: 64-bit capable, 1 gigahertz (GHz) or higher Disk: 1 gigabyte of free disk space RAM: 2 gigabytes Firewall settings: Minimum: Open outbound TCP port 443 Recommended: Open outbound TCP port 443 and outbound UDP port 3478 Preferred: Open outbound TCP port 443 and outbound UDP range 1025-65535 Audio settings: Minimum: Open outbound TCP port 5061 and outbound UDP range 1025-65535 Within three days of decision, the Contractor shall notify in writing the Department and all Customers of all planned updates, upgrades, or changes to any technical requirements. The Contractor will remain available, connected, and communicating during the video communication from the moment when all participants are fully connected and communicating with each other until the communication is terminated by the Customer. If the communication ends or one participant cannot remain clearly and consistently in contact, then the Customer will end the call and reconnect until the communication is completed according to the Customer’s Work Order. The Customer shall direct the specific deliverables. The Contractor shall be compensated only if each video interpretation service is completed according to the Customer’s Work Order. Services will be provided at the rates listed in Exhibit B: State of Florida Price Sheet.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES The services which the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein. The services described or specified shall not be deemed to constitute a comprehensive specification having the effect of excluding services not specifically mentioned.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use.
