VIOLATIONS POLICIES FOR KY READY CORPS MEMBERS. At the onset of any problem or concern at the site, it is the Site Supervisor’s responsibility to immediately contact the KY READY Corps Program Director to discuss concerns. Improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, a violation of the program’s Rules of Conduct as well as any behavior that affects a member’s ability to perform the service assignment or that is not in the best interest of the sponsoring organization (site) or its project. Violations will be subject to review by the site supervisor as well as the KY READY Corps Program Director, and disciplinary action may be taken, including termination of service. When a Member performance or Code of Conduct issue arises, the program will follow the policies and steps listed in this section, below. Interventions include but are not limited to assignment of additional on-site training, on-site adjustments to the Work Plan, or help from additional site staff until the site supervisor determines the issue resolved, or it is in the best interests of the site and organization to release the Member. If the Member is released early from a site assignment, the Program Director will use discretion in determining Member reassignment, temporary suspension, or exit for cause. Violations will result in the following (except in cases where during the term of service the member is charged with or convicted of a violent felony, possession, sale or distribution of a controlled substance, for which the member will be immediately terminated from the KY READY Corps program): Level 1: First offense, verbal warning from the Program Director. Warning will be documented in the member’s file. Member and Site Supervisor will be notified.

  • Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-­‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).

  • Compliance with Executive Orders Concerning Ethics The Contractor warrants that he and his firm have complied in all respects with the Governor’s Executive Orders concerning ethics matters, including, but not limited to, Executive Order dated January 13, 2003 (establishing Code of Ethics for Executive Branch Officers and Employees, including provisions governing former officers and employees); Executive Order dated October 1, 2003 (governing vendors to state agencies and disclosure and registration of lobbyists); and O.C.G.A. Sections 21-5-70(5), 21-5-71 and 21-5-73, all as amended effective January 9, 2006 (requiring registration and disclosure filings by state agency vendor lobbyists). In this regard, the Contractor certifies that any lobbyist employed or retained by the Contractor or his firm has both registered and made the required disclosures required by the Executive Orders, as amended.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:

  • Employee Who Acts as Representative Where an employee wishes to represent at a meeting with the Employer, an employee who has presented a grievance, the Employer will, where operational requirements permit, grant leave with pay to the representative when the meeting is held in the headquarters area of such employee and leave without pay when the meeting is held outside the headquarters area of such employee.

Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Add-Ons Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Subscriptions may be purchased with one or more add-on options (“Add-On(s)”). Add-Ons require a separate paid and active Software Subscriptions for each Unit that deploys, installs, uses or executes such Add-On. Each Unit of Add- Ons must match the Support Level (Standard and/or Premium), Unit of Measure and capacity as the underlying Red Hat Enterprise Linux Unit. Add-Ons are not supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Subscriptions with a Self-support service level except Smart Management Add-Ons. The Add-Ons include: High Availability, Load Balancer, Resilient Storage, Scalable File System, Smart Management, Extended Update Support, Extended Life Cycle Support and High Performance Network.
