Visit by a Union Representative. The Village agrees that one (1) accredited representative of the Union, whether Local Union representative, council representative, or representative, shall have reasonable access to the Village premises. The outside representative shall call the Employee’s Immediate Supervisor or his/her designee before his/her arrival and obtain prior approval from the department head before entering upon the premises of the department. The representative shall not, in any way, disturb employees who are working.

  • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business.
