Visitors Policy. 15.1. If we have reasonable grounds to suppose that a visitor is an immediate, significant risk to the welfare of any resident, other visitor or member of staff, we have the right to require them to leave the Home immediately. In instances of lesser risk, we shall endeavour to discuss with the visitor and the resident they are visiting our views of their conduct and any conditions for further visits. If we believe the visitor poses a significant risk to any resident, visitor or staff, we may inform them that they are not permitted to attend the Home for such period as is reasonable. They or the resident whom they wish to visit can ask that the Home Manager of the Home review the decision to prevent attendance at the Home or any conditions imposed on any future visits and if dissatisfied with such review, may appeal it to the Regional Director responsible for the Home, whose details are available from the Home.
Visitors Policy. Employees are prohibited from having visitors (such as friends, relatives, and/or other individuals whose purpose is not related to the employee’s work) while working, except in an emergency situation. Employees are responsible for informing friends, relatives, etc. of this policy. Violations of this policy may subject the employee to discipline up to and including termination.
Visitors Policy. All Visitors must register at the camp store/office prior to each visit. All visitors are required to adhere to the Meadville KOA Campground Rules and Regulations. Registered Seasonal Campers are responsible for their visitors and their visitors’ behavior. The number of people on your campsite (including your registered seasonal family and registered guests) may not exceed 8 people at any one time. All Visitors must pay a nominal fee for attendance at the following Special Weekend Events, including but not limited to weekend events including meals.
Visitors Policy. 1. Anyone accessing the District’s sites shall abide by the District’s masking and applicable COVID safety protocols and be required to provide contact information upon arrival for contract tracing purposes.
