VMS On-Going Support. 1. Contractor shall provide VMS on-going support twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year (“24/7/365”), pursuant to the table below. Unlimited Telephone Technical Support √ Two Hour Telephone Response Time √ Remote Dial-in Analysis √ 2. Help Desk: Contractor shall provide a toll-free telephone number and email address which Lead State, Participating Entity and/or Purchasing Entity can use to report technical VMS issues or requests for service. The toll-free telephone number will be a direct contact line to Contractor support or help desk. Contractor help desk shall provide knowledgeable and trained personnel capable of answering and resolving VMS support and technical problems. The help desk personnel shall be able to answer “how to” type questions about the VMS. 3. Contractor shall resolve all VMS issues and requests for service, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the email or telephone request. If more than one request is reported to the Contractor, Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity shall determine the priority of the requests. Requisition Confirmation Response time 95% or higher Measures average response time from receipt of request to confirmation of request receipt. Resume Submittal Response time 95% or higher Measures average response time from receipt of request to delivery of first candidate's resume. Normal Fill Rate 95% or higher Measures Contractor's ability to satisfactorily fulfill requisitions: Indicates how many requisitions are open. Normal Round 1 Fill Rate 85% or higher Measures Contractor's ability to satisfactorily fulfill requisitions within first round of resumes submitted to requestor (normal requisitions). Urgent Flagged Submittal Response Time 95% or higher Measures average response time from receipt of URGENT request to delivery of first candidate's resume. Urgent Fill Rate 95% or higher Measures Contractor's ability to fulfill URGENT requisitions: Indicates how many requisitions are open. Urgent Round 1 Fill Rate 93% or higher Measures Contractor's ability to satisfactorily fulfill URGENT requisitions within first round of resumes submitted to requestor (normal requisitions).   • Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.

  • Engineering Support When requested by CLEC, CBT shall provide timely engineering support. CLEC shall pay CBT for the use of its engineering services at charges previously agreed to by CLEC.

  • Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Xxxxxxx cannot produce documentation shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Xxxxxxx for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • CLAIMS SUPPORT The Board shall complete and submit the Trust Plan Administrator’s Waiver of Life Insurance Premium Plan Administrator Statement to the Trust Plan Administrator for life waiver claims when the Trust Plan Administrator does not administer and adjudicate the LTD benefits.

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee"). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Payment – Invoicing Instructions The Contractor will provide an invoice on the Contractor’s letterhead for goods delivered and/or services rendered. In the case of goods, the Contractor will leave an invoice with each delivery. Each invoice will have a number and will include the following information: A. Contractor’s name and address B. Contractor’s remittance address, if different from A above C. Contractor’s Taxpayer ID Number

  • Research Support (a) Having regard to the resources reasonably available for such purposes, the Operator will cooperate with AHS to provide such participation by its Staff as may be reasonable in relation to the carrying out of research within the Province. (b) The Operator agrees to promptly notify AHS in the event that it undertakes or agrees to participate in any form of clinical trial, research project, instrument use, or similar activity which in any way relates to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Operator shall, upon request, provide AHS with written evidence of Client disclosure and consent to research.
