Voluntary Sick Leave Donation. ‌ An employee may voluntarily donate his/her sick leave hours to another employee’s sick leave by submitting a written request to the Business Office, subject to the following conditions: A) The employee donating sick leave hours must maintain a forty (40) hours minimum sick leave balance; B) The Executive Director shall in good faith determine if the receiving employee’s situation would be eligible for donation.
